Hello! Wearing a wonderfully ridiculous hand-painted cotton jumper that I found in a vintage store in Kensington market this weekend. Coupled with my all time favourite spring shoe from Capezio and not wearing a jacket for the most part (HORRAY!)

Don’t be afraid to be neon-unique-cray-cray this spring/summer!
Get to spring cleaning, hibernation is over.

Flower Friday

flowerfriday_01 flowerfriday_02 flowerfriday_03 flowerfriday_04 flowerfriday_05 flowerfriday_06This apartment lacks tradition. I decided since I have most Friday’s off (wahoo) I’d force myself to get up and do something a little more adventurous rather than watch netflix or bum around. Today I walked into the Botany Floral Studio and had fun watching how a little group of flowers could become an explosive bouquet.

My Mom always hated when people had fake plants or flowers in a house. I’ve decided to carry this hatred. Happy Spring!

Capezio Lookbook : SPRING/SUMMER ’14

This lucky girl was fortunate enough to work with Capezio Shoes on their latest lookbook for Spring/Summer 2014. Shot at the Gladstone hotel here in Toronto with some pretty sweet natural light—I’m really happy to support such an amazing Canadian company. Above are some of my favourites shot by Jacklyn Locke.
With Spring (sort of ?) on the way or at least the promise of warmer weather, I couldn’t help but get excited about all the fun new trends coming out. My favourite shoe was the ‘MEL’ cut-out leather sandal by Solective, I loved them so much on set I snatched up a pair the minute I could. The 3″ heel is so versatile I’ll probably live in them from May-June. To see the full Lookbook Visit Capezio.ca !

It’s been a busy few weeks blah-blah-blah, finding it hard to stay creative when there are ~* Bills 2 Pay *~ ( truth ) . Between working, shooting, and having some sort of social life (ha!) my creative pursuits have been piled lazily on the back seat. Sounds like I need a new fresh perspective on things as well.
